Qualifications and Skills
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to work well in a high energy, team oriented environment
- Comfortable with offering counseling, advice, and providing top-rate customer service to borrowers
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience building relationships with customers and/or financial servicesexperience desired
- Some college preferred
