Commercial Workout Officer
Republic Bank

Responsible for contacting commercial clients for resolution of delinquent loans from 16 days past-due up to charge-off, including recommendation and referral of workout scenarios to the Managed Asset Officer when appropriate. Assigned work/call queues to manage their primary assignments. Position may require recommendation and management of legal action, repossession, non-accrual, restructuring or liquidation strategies, offsets, and charge-off. Position may also require outside field work where evaluation of commercial collateral is required to determine disposition and value.

Experience:
5-10 years of Commercial credit collection experience at least three of which involved direct contact with delinquent clients, negotiation for repayment of delinquent payments, financial analysis and collateral evaluation/appraisal. Good verbal and written communication skills for proficient interaction/negotiation with clients, bank officers and Sr. Management. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and goal oriented. Must be self-motivated and work in a team environment. Requires good analytical skills and strong sense of urgency.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
