This job reports to the Membership Director
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.

Job Skills/Requirements A degree in PE, recreation, sports management or related field preferred or 2 years previous experience in aquatic programming. Current aquatic certifications required: Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Oxygen, Swim Instructor. Trainer level certifications preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills Must enjoy working with people and have good human relations skills
Leadership & supervision of aquatic department Plan, organize and implement swim lessons, aqua fitness, swim camps Hire, train and supervise aquatic staff & volunteers Program development to meet the needs of the community Provides hands on leadership to program activities Prepares and works within budget guidelines
Full-time, Hourly $9.00-$11.00 per hour
