TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES!
DUTIES: The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and troubleshooting installation issues for our large premier client, Tivo. Applicants must be bright and enthusiastic to keep up with our fast-paced team.
PAY: $9.00 an hour during training (approx 2 -3 weeks) $10.00 per hour after training
HOURS OF OPERATION: 9am to 12am - 7 days a week.
Requirements:
Customer service/technical support / call center experience or documented applicable experience
PC home networking technology (routers, switches, hubs, cable/dsl
Strong Windows XP, W2K and Vista understanding
Ability to assist customers while sitting at a single workstation for an extended period of time
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve on single call, retain customer business
Familiarity with AV equipment and DVRs a plus
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment technical testing upon on-site interview
- Prior Technical Support Experience/Network knowledge and Windows Vista
- Familiarity and troubleshooting with wireless, cable, networking solutions
