Position: Admissions Analyst(LPN)
Level: 1 position: 40hr/2nd Shift
Description:
· Licensed or eligible LPN in the state of Indiana.
· Minimum 1-3 years of LPN (floor) experience required.
· Proficient computer skills a must.
· Types a minimum of 25wpm.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, critical thinking & customer service skills required.
Reviews & receives direct admit information to determine medical necessity of the admission and the appropriateness of placement (Bed Control).
Communicates with physicians & clinical staff to relay pertinent clinical data for determination of length of stay & receive orders via telephone.
