Clark Memorial Hospital Position: Cook
Level: 40 hours; Varied Shifts
Description: Will prepare meals for regular & therapeutic diets & cook selected items for team members & guests in the cafeteria. Will keep accurate temperature records, demonstrate a proficient knowledge of safe food practices & follow recipe guidelines for meal production. This position also sets-up or cooks selected items for later usage; sets-up Doctors lounge as needed; roasts, slices, portions & pans meats; assists with catering, & assists other cooks as directed by the Production Manager
