Position: Medical Assistant or LPN as Medical Assistant-Just for Woment
Level: 2 Vacancies both Varied/1st shift
Description: · PRN: as needed/no guaranteed hours · Part-Time:24hrs/week
High School diploma or GED. Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma or LPN license.
ATTENTION: This is NOT an LPN position
Previous experience in OB/GYN Dr.'s office preferred. All clinical and front office duties for GYN office to include: phone triage, scheduling appointments, processing orders, precerts, benefits, referrals and medical records. Filing, pulling charts,handling patient requests and other general clinical/front office duties. Job includes many multi-tasking and ability to prioritze in a busy GYN office. Must have excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills. Some schedule flexibility required.
