Must have two year of experience as a physical therapist.  Must be licensed by the KY State board of Physical Therapy.  Experience with developmental disabilities a plus.  Performs physical therapy evaluations for assigned clients. Documents progress on therapy programs/plans. Excellent pay and compensation package.
