This job reports to the Building and Grounds Director
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
This is a Part-Time position, working 1st Shift.

Job Skills/Requirements
Routinely tour the building and make report for action to ensure a consistently clean and attractive appearance
Establish and monitor preventative maintenance work
Significant responsibility to create a high level of member satisfaction with the facility as measured by surveys and suggestion cards
Perform weekly checks on the following: plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems and lighting
Insure the neatness of the grounds and parking garage as well as the exterior of the building
Light repairs as needed

Valid State Issued Drivers License
Experience in facility/property management preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Certification or experience in HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Housekeeping desirable
Minimum Age 21 and High School Diploma or equivalent
Part-Time, 20 HRS (early AM and occasional weekends)
$9.00 per hour
