In a typical day as a Relationship Manager for PNC Real Estate Finance you will focus on administration of an existing loan portfolio as you identify and develop new opportunities to deliver advice and solutions our clients - as well as new Commercial Real Estate Finance prospects through referrals from centers of influence in the community, other PNC businesses, introductions from existing clients and other sales channels.
Using your knowledge of Real Estate Finance and Corporate banking services, you evaluate credit worthiness and risks in accordance with regulations and PNC policy. You will lead the client relationship team to improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and grow revenue for PNC Real Estate. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build referral relationships with other PNC businesses, professional and community contacts and existing clients. This position will be based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: · Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Economics. · Strong Real Estate Finance Relationship Management experience. · Experience generally acquired through five or more years sales/client service experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate. · Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate strategy, process and products, solutions, banking and lending products. · Demonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilities. · Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills.
