This job reports to the Program Director
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
This is a Full-Time position, working Year Round with School Year Hours split between before and after school hours.

Job Skills/Requirements
Commitment to YMCA Mission
Infant/Child CPR/First Aid (30 days post hire)
Experience working with pre-school, and school age children
Core Curriculum Training (30 days post hire)
Strong supervisory skills
Negative TB Test (2 years current)
Strong communication skills
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Strong Administrative/Bookkeeping skills
Minimum age 21
Plan, supervise, and implement the program in accordance with the CEP Policies & Procedures Manual.
Responsible for ensuring the safety of the children in the program at all times
Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff
Supervision of staff assigned to site
Implementation of the Activate America Healthy Lifestyle Initiative
Keep accurate and timely records including:
Attendance and payment register
Equipment and supply inventories
Payment ledgers
Creative monthly newsletter
Time sheets
Collection of weekly payments
Incident/Accident Reports
Attend all staff meetings as required
$ 8.75 - $10.00 per hour
Full-time, 40 hours, Non-Exempt
