Job Description:
National drug store chain seeks experienced maintenance mechanic to service our Louisville, KY area stores. Must have hands-on knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting and repairs. Responsibilities:
Receive and perform HVAC/R related maintenance requests as called in from the stores. Work with outside contractors in times of need when scope of work merits it. Assist store and district managers with all in-store service requests when needed. Work with other in-house mechanics in times of need.
Qualifications:
Must have hands-on knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration with minor exposure to all other trades. EPA Universal Certification required. Ability to work on a computer to answer emails and enter time electronically into our Maintenance Management System. Must be able to work independently and be able to work with others when called upon. People skills to work with store and district managers. Need to have excellent time management skills to schedule and plan your days in accordance to service calls, their priority and their location. Must be organized and be able to track paperwork, materials, and other job related correspondence.
