Position Summary:
This position will ultimately manage a team(s) of technicians who work outside and will learn every aspect of the utility locating services field. This is a leadership position and after learning the technical side from the ground up, the incumbent will be responsible for leading team(s) of skilled and unskilled technicians. Duties will include managing the team(s), performance reviews, troubleshooting, motivating the groups and providing on-going feedback, safety and productivity goals.
This is a direct hire position for an individual who will manage employees that are highly trained, dedicated and equipped with the cutting edge technology. All employees are performance managed, with quality assurance and customer service as their primary goals, and will be guided by an experienced management team.

Prior utility locating experience is not required.

• Ability to perform demanding tasks in an outdoor environment
