Mortgage Banking Analyst

Job Description:
Provides implementation support for the Mortgage Warehouse Lending division's client relationships:
Coordinates new client on-boarding and change processes.
Maintains credit structures in AFS commercial loans and ProMerit warehouse lending information systems.
Coordinates the preparation of commercial loan documentation.
Prepares and maintains sales and operations support materials.
Serves as a knowledge resource to the division's relationship managers, paralenders, operations, treasury management sales and legal resources.

Special Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree required or significant related work experience.
3 to 5 years bank related work experience; experience with client relationship implementation processes helpful.
Above average understanding of commercial lending operations, depository accounting and commercial loans systems.
Above average ability to communicate with all levels of bank and client personnel, and professional service providers, including attorneys.
Above average personal computing skills.
