Job Objective

Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Job Responsibilities
• Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed.
• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Data entry
• Filing and other administrative duties
• Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes
• Interface with customer
• Prepare business reports and presentations.
• Purchase supplies
· Retrieve all Equipment Move Orders and review for completeness and accuracy.
· Settle all Make Ready activities from the shop floor utilizing the AS/400 (Basis System).
· Prepare daily reports for local management and business unit management.
· Research and resolve all request for inquiries concerning Equipment Move Orders and their daily status. Systems:
· Microsoft Office including: Excel, Access Database, Word, Outlook
· Knowledge of queries including experience in creating and developing

Job Requirements
REQUIRED
• High School - GED or Diploma PREFERRED
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years experience in automated office environment.
