Director of Call Center Operations

Description

Connextions, a leading provider of outsourcing services to industry leaders, is seeking a candidate to help lead our Jeffersonville, IN  practice.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for both strategic direction as well as leading day-to-day operation for Connextions insurance and commercial clients. 

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading all contact center employees in the tactical execution of Connextions' Health and Commercial business clients  and company key performance indicators are attained while delivering against the companies financial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience supporting sales programs, a direct marketing agency, or call center operation. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • § Provides guidance and direction to all Connextions operations and support departments for the tactical attainment internal and external client key performance indictors.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the Operations Managers to ensure the Connextions team develops and executes strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Ensures daily analysis of results for all client and business processes to ensure Connextions and their clients' business objectives are met.
  • Is responsible for staffing and hiring of all Connextions operations positions.
  • Ensures smooth implementation of all change control in the Operations department.
  • Has full P&L responsibility ensuring attainment of center revenue and cost budgets

Requirements

This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. Significant skills interviewing, conflict resolution and negotiation, planning, staffing and hiring is required.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

At least (7) years related experience.
