| | | As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you are the primary point of contact for our customers, answering inbound telephone inquiries from card holders. You will offer a wide variety of products and services to meet the card member needs while resolving complex questions requiring an in depth knowledge of credit policies and procedures. Compensation includes base pay plus sales commissions and bonuses. As a Collections Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for card members that are past due on their accounts. Collections Representatives help card members maintain a solid credit history through education on account management. These representatives are responsible for contacting card members by telephone to collect the delinquent account balance. |
