Description
Provides support services, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, that assists the client or family in the achievement of physical and emotional comfort according to physicians' orders. Visiting Aide will provide personal care assistance to patients in a home setting.

Requirements
• Meets federal/state requirements for this position.
• Must be able to successfully pass the competency program of this agency.
• Minimum of two (2) years full-time direct, patient care experience within the last five (5) years, in an institution or agency setting.
• Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Current CPR certification
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current state certification as a nurse assistant preferred.
• Personal transportation, valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
