Our Loan Advisors contact customers who have applied for a mortgage, collect and analyze borrower’s applications to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage, and then create mortgage solutions tailored specifically to meet each borrower’s need.
Qualifications and Skills
• Highly motivated and energetic
• Ability to work well in a high energy, team oriented environment
• Comfortable with offering counseling, advice, and providing top-rate customer service to borrowers
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience building relationships with customers and/or financial services experience desired
• Some college preferred
