Description:
Using Enterprise Administrator and security modules of specific applications, this position creates domain accounts and grants appropriate access to various application (e-mail, Meditech, SAP, etc.) in accordance with policies and procedures. He/She modifies or terminates individuals' access to applications as a consequence of job changes or terminations. The role accepts calls from customers and other support staff through the Automated Call Distribution system and follows up to ensure accurate and timely resolutions are provided. This person uses good judgment in escalating unresolved problems and communicates status to the customer.
Requirements:
The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
· 2-3 years of experience in one or more areas: Outlook Admin, Active Directory User Admin, desktop operating systems and utilities, desktop applications software, and e-mail
· Customer support experience; and security admin experience is preferred
· Ability to resolve 75% of service requests without assistance from senior staff members and ability to consult with senior staff for unusual or especially difficult issues
· Competent use of Enterprise Tools used (DRA) to create and manage users, groups, and resources effectively
