Common Area Coordinator - General Growth Properties has an immediate need for a Common Area Coordinator at Mall St. Matthews in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities:
The Common Area Coordinator is responsible for the following:
· Coordinating all center related business development and marketing activities.
· Coordinating specialty leasing tenant set up and move-in/move-outs
· Entering all license agreements for specialty leasing and sponsorships, tracking approvals, obtaining tenant signatures, tracking tenant openings, ensuring proper insurance is collected and collecting sales information
· Assisting accountant in collections if needed
· Serving as point of contact for basic sponsorship programs generated by Sponsorship group (for example: sampling, national tours, signage or banner opportunities, etc.). Coordinating event set up with client and mall operations staff
· MAP updating and entries; MAP forecasting data entry
· Screening local specialty leasing and sponsorship opportunities and communicating those opportunities to the appropriate representative
· Managing sponsorship and business development inventory
· Posting signage/collateral
· Visual merchandising management, as directed
· Updating the property's website
· Assisting in gathering retailer sales data
· Assisting with event set-up, including coordinating with contracted special events company, if applicable
· Consumer information management data entry and executing in-mall registrations
· Preparing and sending sales packages at Business Development/Strategic Partnership Representative's request
· Assisting Business Development Representatives in selling coordination of shows and tracking/monitoring Pepsi vending operations and holiday photo operations
· Coordinating with external back lit directory company (for example: Smartlite, Clear Channel) for postings and quarterly directory updates
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree--or equivalent industry experience--strongly preferred.
· Ability to successfully multi-task.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management.
· Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Windows programs.
· Strong ability to learn new computer programs.
