Inventory Control Technician (33558)

Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate responsibilities include the planning, layout and executing floor plans of all inventoried parts; completing cycle counts, bin audits and overseeing material transfer reconciliations; reconciling incoming shipping invoices against purchase invoices; generating purchase orders for required inventories; and defining and documenting the work flow processes used.

Required Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, and two to three years of related logstics/supply/inventory experience. Candidate must have previous experience in inventory control.
Additional experience should include the following:
· scanning, decoding, designing and printing barcodes;
· inputting, tracking and managing multiple inventories;
· importing and merging legacy databases into inventory control system;
· and creating, controlling and maintaining inventory reports.
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Candidate must possess an active DoD SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
Specialized experience utilizing WASP NEST inventory managing software is highly desired.
