Job Description: Customer Service Representative duties include inbound and outbound calls, while maintaining call quality and service level goals. CSRs must maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT's Commitment to Excellence. CSRs may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required. College and/or professional training a plus. · Twelve months Customer Service, and/or sales skills preferred. · Flexible work schedule. · Proficient with PCs. · Ability to properly handle rejection. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable. · Effective written and verbal communication skills.
