Description:
• Answer phones to assist all clients in a timely manner.
• Assist all clients with account inquiries.
• Assist all clients with wire transfers, ATM and ACH disputes.
• Processes return mail.
• Sell Currency Connection products and services.
• Mail sales packets to individuals who request information on our accounts.
• Research necessary information upon client’s request.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Follows Republic security procedures.
Required Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Strong PC skills
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Comments:
• Must have a flexible work schedule to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. for shipping purposes
