Provides programming and maintenance for existing MS Access and COTS applications in support of manufacturing operations, business and finance customers. Provide patches and upgrades to existing systems. Provides technical support and applications consultation to customers in the areas of application software, hardware connectivity, configuration, programming, and related system issues. Analyzes complex technical problems relating to application, hardware, software, and operating system failures and takes corrective action to minimize current and future impact on the user community. Ensures solutions are consistent with operational requirements. Develops and maintains documentation that provides user functionality and protects data assets.
