Qualifications To Drive the DeLorean You'll Need: The passion and desire to help patients live better lives A can-do attitude High school diploma or GED Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of employment) Prior dialysis technician training and healthcare experience is a huge plus and is strongly preferred Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant ( CMA ) or Phlebotomy certification would also be a great benefit but is not required
