Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Usually input lists of items, numbers, or other data into computers or complete forms that appear on a computer screen. May also manipulate existing data, photos images, edit current information, or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy. Examples of data sources include customers' personal information, medical records, and membership lists. This information is used internally and/or externally and may be reformatted before use by others. Data entry position may require preparing materials for printing or publication.

In addition to the duties mentioned above, data entry positions may require performer other office tasks, such as answering telephones, filing, and operating copiers or other office machines Documented history of strong data input and computer skills. Good telephone and communication skills are necessary. Must have the ability to multi-task and complete responsibilities in a timely manner. Familiar with basic computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet programs; They sit for long periods and sometimes must contend with high noise levels caused by various office machines. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A high school graduate or equivalent, or at least one-year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED; AT LEAST ONE YEAR RELATED EXPERIENCE
