Inventory Control Specialist
Eastern Kentucky University

Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist ensures the accountability and security of materials and equipment. The incumbent also monitors inventory of material and equipment replenishing as required. Coordinates the acquisition, disposition, and control of equipment, supplies, and/or materials according to request for change facility (R.C.F.) forms. Oversees material and special equipment storeroom. Ensures the effective operation of the mechanical department by performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Associates degree in Construction Management, Inventory Control, or related field required.

Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Three years of previous experience in dealing with building materials required.

Qualification Equivalencies:
OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
