Position Summary: Plans and directs the cleaning and maintenance for housekeeping crew and resources in support of university operations in academic and service buildings, and residential halls. Ensures that appropriate equipment and supplies are available and maintained in assigned areas of accountability. Ensures that positive customer service is established and maintained with all constituents within the assigned area of accountability. Ensures that regulatory compliance and safety are maintained in area of accountability.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Valid state drivers license required.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Qualifications: Two years of related experience with previously demonstrated competence in the supervision of others required.
