The role will be researching, evaluating, and staying current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies; mentoring others on the application of new technologies, tools, processes, and standards; and acting as a top level technical expert for software performance tuning and capacity planning. Requirements: The selected candidate will possess the following technical requirements: · 3+ years of technical experience in web-based applications software development · 2+ years of web development experience including web/portal enabled applications · 2+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using J2EE platform · Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States of America The following skills are a plus: · Experience with XML and UML · Experience with Sun One Portal, STRUTS, and Web Services · Java certification · Experience with the design of.NET applications
