Compensation Analyst

Description:
Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst.

Duties:
• Administers and coordinates salary administration programs
• Conducts job analysis on managerial, professional, technical and other positions, assigns FLSA and recommends grades and ranges. Develops processes and associated communications to facilitate the creation of new jobs
• Administers salary increase programs, including annual merit, market adjustments, promotions, etc. and prepares associated communications
• Administers incentive compensation and ad hoc bonus programs
• Provides salary and other compensation forecasts for budgeting and other purposes
• Prepares compensation information to satisfy federal, state and ad hoc reporting requirements
• Maintains databases of jobs and their associated incentives and grades. Establishes new jobs in the HRIS system
• Completes compensation surveys and assembles survey data, monitors market trends and makes recommendations regarding wage rates and increase rates to maintain pharmacy personnel compensation at market competitive rates
• Advises recruiting and operations regarding salary administration
• Participates in due diligence activities for acquisitions and new business development
• Participates in and supports human resource initiatives and programs

Requirements:
The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
• BS Degree in Business, or similar, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation program development and administration
• Superior knowledge of compensation programs
• Knowledge/experience of stock administration practices and programs
• Skilled at analyzing and evaluating data
• Skilled in the use of Excel
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to organize, prioritize and self-motivate
• Good verbal and written communication skills
