Description:
· Assists in the development of the banking center goals and business strategies.
Sells bank product and services including loan and depository· accounts.
Ensure that the daily deposit operations run smoothly and that· Republic’s customer service standards are maintained.
Directs staff career· development through internal and external training programs.
Prepares· annual performance evaluations for banking center CSR, NAS, and Asst. BCS.
· Addresses personnel issues, including all necessary verbal and written disciplinary measures.
Directly resolves client problems and complaints in· an efficient and professional manner in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage daily reports, including depository overdrafts and· appropriately resolve pertinent problems.
Responsible for bank facility,· including opening and closing and physical condition and appearance.
· Ensure policies and procedures are communicated, implemented and followed.
· Ensures CSRs, Asst. BCSs, and NASs are properly trained.
Works diligently· to find CSR outages.
Completes monthly reports.·
Required Experience:
Six to twelve consecutive months of customer service and· retail sales experience required.
Basic computer skills required.·
· Ability to open new accounts is required.
Previous supervisory experience· required.
Required Education:
High school diploma· required; some college a plus.
