Job Description

Organizes and oversees reverse logistics issues including supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling and warehousing. Evaluates customer support and field service commitments as they apply to reverse logistics to ensure customer requirements are met. May develop reverse logistics plans and procedures.
Fully experienced professional working on problems of complex scope.

Duties involve work with supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. May develop logistics plans and procedures.

Prepares various reports indicating equipment status, inventory and shipment dates. Assists with the implementation of asset management, transportation, and procurement processes and procedures. Monitors equipment forecasts against budget. Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures. Strong working knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes and procedures. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to clearly present information through oral and written communication. Multiple incumbent position and typically reports to Manager or Director.
