Agency Education Instructor – 0006VE
Allstate

Description
To make agencies more efficient by assisting in their development in the areas of education, technology and sales. Platforms for this work include stand up training, facilitation, and consulting work within the agencies and training facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, new & existing agent education, support staff education, compliance, consulting and agency processes, etc. Travel is required 75 percent of the time.

Qualifications
• Managing education needs for a specific market or territory of agents
• Assist sales leaders with the installation of processes within agencies from an education standpoint
• Training and facilitating new and existing initiatives, and deliverables to the agency force and staff
• Development of education curriculum and selling techniques
• Providing strategic, analytic and creative project management support strategy and business development initiatives.
