Purpose:
The position is responsible for motivating a sales team within a branch to meet and exceed sales and net profit objectives for assigned accounts. The incumbent will also develop and generate business in existing and new accounts.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Is accountable for sales performance of a sales team, including overall and product line sales objectives and net sale profit goals
· Produces accurate and timely sales forecasts as required by more senior sales management
· Recruits, selects and coaches the performance of respective sales team. Provides ongoing training for sales representatives on product knowledge, selling skills, etc.
· Communicates and implements policies, procedures and processes to support objectives of the Company
· Interfaces directly with customers and sales reps, spending most time in the field

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent
Related Experience: 3-5 years of related sales industry experience
