Position Summary:
The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Eastern Kentucky University is in the early stages of implementing a doctoral program. The department is seeking faculty for graduate instruction in doctoral, specialist, and master's degree programs focusing on leadership and policy studies. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and clinically supervise administrative candidates; advise students in masters, specialist, doctoral, or certification programs; engage in scholarly activities; direct theses and dissertations; provide service and support to local school districts; analyze state and national policies; and be competent in qualitative or quantitative methodology.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
An earned Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Policy Studies, or other relevant discipline with connection to the development of highly qualified educational leaders is required. Degree(s) must be from a regionally (SACS, North Central, etc.) accredited or internationally recognized institution.

Desired Qualifications
Experience as a P-12 leader and experience in diverse settings are preferred, though candidates from disciplines other than education are encouraged to apply.
