Behavioral Health Professional - IMPACT Plus (Frankfort)

Position Summary:
The incumbent will provide clinical and administrative oversight to Sub-Provider agencies within the IMPACT Plus network, which provides mental health services to children with severe emotional disabilities. Provide Excellent and Evidenced-Based Clinical Guidance to IMPACT Plus Sub-providers. Research, disseminate, develop standards, and educate program staff and Sub-providers about evidenced-based best practice strategies for service delivery. Provide technical assistance to Consumers and Sub-providers regarding service definition, service delivery, and crisis intervention. Participate in Sub-provider monitoring that evaluates administrative function and clinical function. Develop monitoring tools and compile a written report of the review findings and subsequent corrective plans. Provide required training for all targeted case managers and training for therapeutic child support workers within IMPACT Plus and IMPACT. Participate on state level committees to address children and family issues within the state System of Care. Collaborate with Medicaid and the Peer Review Organization regarding program interpretation and service delivery.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Licensed/Certified Clinical Professional
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Master's Degree from regionally accredited or internationally recognized institution.

Minimum Experience Qualifications: 5 years related experience.
