Job Description
:
Responsibilities
· Develop sourcing digitization projects to improve buyer productivity through VOC input from Sourcing Organization.
· Drive digitization tools with Sourcing suppliers and Global Commodity Leaders (GCLs).
· Work closely with Information Technology and functional teams to ensure all projects are executed using e-tollgate process.
· Manage the Sourcing Support Group (SSG).
· Lead sourcing training programs for employees.
· Serve as primary liaison for all Sourcing-related applications and system administration requirements.
· Own Supplier Life Cycle applications and processes.

Qualifications
· Degree required; Technical degree desired.
· Green Belt Certified.
· Demonstrated project execution results and success in driving cross-functional process improvement.
· Able to energize and influence cross-functional teams utilizing strong communications skills.
· Ability to prioritize opportunities, develop strategy for executions and deliver program results within deadlines.
· Can do attitude - willing to pitch in and help where needed; Team player, self-directed and self-motivating.
