Description:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. In addition, they will perform reconciliation of detailed accounting records to the general ledger. Also included in their responsibilities will be assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and bi-monthly meeting packages for the Board of Directors. The senior accountant will serve as a point of reference for less experienced members of the accounting department, but will not serve as their direct report.
