Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer all inbound calls
· Provide customer service and support to specific accounts
· Support inside sales staff
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Maintain special accounts and manage all details of order fulfillment
· Must be self motivated
· Detail oriented
· Ability to work under pressure and time restraints
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects at one time-Multi task oriented

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
· Computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
· Call center experience
