We provide custom gift card solutions for prepaid cards, loyalty and B2B applications and annually processes one billion transactions for 600 clients and their 580 million cardholders.
The Implementation Manager position is responsible for product and technical support to sales staff during the sales process, management of new client implementations and ongoing existing client implementation projects. This role is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and tracking all aspects of new business implementation projects and existing client implementation projects. They also provide product and technical support to the sales staff during the sales process; this support may be onsite with the customer or by conference call or webinar. The Implementation Manager is responsible for project team assembly and their adherence to the project plan deliverables. They must be able to concurrently manage multiple projects ranging in size from medium to large. The Implementation Manager must also be capable of working with Executive-level personnel.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management is required or equivalent related experience. Must have at least 4+ years related project management experience. Experience in transaction processing or retail POS is required. Must show strong skills in strategic thinking plus a high level of business and technical planning. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and previous experience in conducting training sessions. Six Sigma certification or PMI certification preferred. This position will require travel.
