DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Hillcrest Centre for Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a talented, dedicated and compassionate DIRECTOR OF NURSING to join our team.
This is a perfect position for an innovative nurse with talent in management, organization, teaching, and communication.
The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable concerning Long Term Care rules and regulations, have superior follow through and accountability, and shine in relationships with residents, families and employees.
The Director of Nursing plans, directs, and evaluates nursing services to efficiently and adequately meet the needs of the residents, plans and provides education for all nursing staff, attends, plans and participates in meetings, reviews and revises policies and procedures, and performs other duties as related to the nursing department and administration.
