The ADP Retirement Services organization provides both bundled and unbundled retirement plan recordkeeping solutions in the micro, small, mid and large markets. Out transaction processing expertise and investment objectivity provide us with unique advantages in the retirement industry. The Product Planning Senior Business Analyst for Retirement Services is a key member of the Product Planning team and is responsible for managing medium to large size projects, and preparing detailed requirements and specifications for projects that span the different units within the Retirement Services organization.
More specifically, the Senior Business Analyst will: · Prepare detailed requirements for product development type projects that may involve groups such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Services, Legal, Systems, and Quality Assurance. . Write business requirements that can be used by the Systems Analysts to create detailed system requirements. · Project manage medium to large size projects by preparing high level project plans, facilitating conference calls, and managing the resolution of outstanding issues. · Coordinate input and feedback from various units within Retirement Services to identify product, technology and distribution issues and/or build outs.
Qualifications Required (Experience, Skills, Academic): Results oriented individual with minimum of 7+ years experience in retirement business related field, with proven ability in basic systems problem resolution through effective interface and communication with business and technical areas. Demonstrated ability to manage time, workload and projects and meet critical deadlines as necessary. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with Business, Technical, and Quality Assurance areas. Must also have the ability to work under pressure of time constraints.
