Your Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
The role of the Field Service Representative is to perform in-home installation, service and retrieval of Philips Lifeline's personal emergency response equipment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITITES:
· Processes work orders from Philips Lifeline for installation, service or retrieval of Philips Lifeline equipment/products.
· Completes tasks on work order on scheduled date and within a specified timeframe.
· Service and retrieval appointments with subscriber/care giver will be scheduled for you by the corporate office.
· Adheres to Philips Lifeline's process/procedures and works within established service and quality standards.
· Acclimates subscriber/care giver to Philips Lifeline equipment and service, ensuring their comfort in its use.
· Performs accurate and timely submission of Care Plan Agreement and other documents and reports as required.
· Complies with Philips Lifeline's protocols for communicating status and issues related to work orders.
· Maintains and manages an inventory of equipment that will be delivered to the installer's home.
· Provides management with feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.
· Occasional evening and or weekend appointments required for emergency service work orders.
· May conduct demonstrations of Lifeline service in local area facilities and organizations.
· Assists customers unable to complete self-install process.
· May suggest additional accessories based on subscriber needs.
Your Profile:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to operate basic machinery (fax machine, PC)
· Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
· Ability to follow step by step installation instructions
· Basic understanding of simple communications and electronic equipment
· Satisfactory background check including state specific requirements (i.e. fingerprinting)
· Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record

· Willingness to go on service calls within a 100 mile radius of chosen location
