Position Summary: The Project Manager assists in project management for the Division of Capital Planning in organizing, programming, in house project design, constructing, estimating, contract documents, field inspection and construction management duties which include acute maintenance, renovation projects, and master plan initiatives. The Project manager will assist the Associate Director for Project Management to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards by managing consultants, contractors and other vendors to optimize financial and quality performance.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree required
Minimum Experience Qualifications: Six years relevant experience in construction, mixed design and project management.
