Description:
• Set-up, test, and implement check image deposit and lockbox products. This includes working with vendors, Treasury Management BOD Manager, and banking center staff.
• Work with users and vendor support teams to investigate and resolve processing/application issues (owner of the Operations Systems Trouble Ticket Database). Must be on-call until 2:00 AM, M-F to support users.
• Manages/Assists in set-up, testing, and implementation of item processing and lockbox applications, upgrades, etc.
• Owns/Manages item processing & lockbox applications.
Required Experience:
• 1-2 years technical background with extensive knowledge in MS SQL Server, MS Access, and Transact-SQL Queries
• Banking background preferable with check image products and services
• Detail oriented and ability to work well under time constraints
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Comments:
• Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
• Flexible work schedule is required with the ability to “on call” as needed.
