Management Trainee Position A candidate can expect to start with us as a Management Trainee learning all facets of how to run our business, including; management, customer service, administration and sales/marketing.The combination of our 100% promotion from within policy and the upcoming expansion in the Louisville, Lexington and Southern Indiana areas has created dynamic opportunities for growth.
Upon successful completion of the Management Training Program, candidates have the opportunity to grow into management positions within their first year with the company.
Benefits include first year earnings of $32,000 - $34,000 per year plus 401K, profit sharing, medical/dental and paid life insurance, as well as paid vacations, holidays, and a company car plan once you reach the level of Branch Manager.
