We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to join our team at our Atria headquarters in Louisville, KY. The primary job function of the Sales Project Manager is to facilitate new hire orientation and training for Atria Senior Living Groups' sales department as well as manage critical programs within the department and the other special sales projects.
Scope of Responsibilities Include:
• Facilitates sales orientation to groups of newly hired Community Sales Directors. Presentations will be through discussion, power point, video and role play.
• Facilitates divisional sales training for Executive Directors, Community Sales Directors, department heads and other line staff positions crucial to community first impressions. Travel required.
• Works with the business analysis group and regional sales managers to manage and drive outcomes for award programs.
• Manages and drives outcomes for the sales contests with the marketing department and Vice President of Sales.
• Develops trend analysis and drives outcomes for the Mystery Shopper Program.
• Supports regional sales managers to manage relationships, develops trend analysis and drives outcomes for third party referral organizations.
• Manages other special sales projects.
Requirements Include:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required. Minimum six to eight years of project management and/or sales experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; prioritize customer needs
• Ability to leverage technology applications to identify/address key organizational needs
• Excellent oral and written communication, planning and organizing skills
• Innovative, proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
