District Operations Manager - Louisville, KY

Job Summary

The District Operations Manager supports multiple Home Services branches. The District Operations Manager is responsible for directing and developing the District team to drive profitable growth, reduce fulfillment cost and improve customer satisfaction. The District Operations Manager is accountable for meeting or exceeding annual financial goals and acts as the District Management Representative for compliance to all ISO procedures.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Support EBITDA goals throughout the District by providing ISO compliance, safety and asset management solutions that deliver results
· Analyzes and reports daily, monthly and annual business performance trends (revenue, cost management, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.) and develops and/or recommends strategic solutions to improve business performance and meet EBITDA goals
· Provides financial analytical support to the DSGM and works closely with the Region Finance Manager on financial impact analysis
· Acts as the District SPOC for all home office programmatic activity (e.g. Sears sigma project roll-out, data requests)
· Manages company assets (facilities, trucks, parts inventory, SSTs, tools, equipment, etc.), district level vendor contracts, and annual inventory process
· Responsible for appropriate staffing levels for the sales and support associates
· Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in all branches by adhering to merchandising plans, gross margin management disciplines, and ensuring staffing levels support customer traffic patterns
· Set and demonstrate a strong business ethic for dealing with customers, venders, and associates
· Acts as District Management Representative for compliance to ISO, federal, state and other regulatory requirements and company policies
· Demonstrates and foster teamwork within the district and other SHC businesses
· Responsible for recruitment, hiring and performance management and career pathing of direct reports
· Maintain a diverse workforce and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all associates
· Adhere to the Sears Code of Conduct and company policies
Provide information technology support to the district through the role of Resource Access Control Facility Coordinator (RACF)
