At Advent Mortgage we offer today's Sales Professionals something different: attainable success and financial freedom. Seasoned Mortgage Bankers with Advent Mortgage can earn up to six figures. We are a proud partner of one of top ranked lead sources in the U.S. and we are currently in the top ten nationally on their network. Through our massive marketing we have the ability to provide our Mortgage Bankers with daily qualified mortgage applicants. Current Mortgage Bankers at Advent Mortgage receive about 75-100 qualified leads per month.
We have also established alternate lead sources as well. These include realtor relationships and referrals allowing the Mortgage Bankers with Advent the tools needed to build strong pipelines and gain qualified leads.
Essential Job Functions:
- Convert financing inquiries into loan applications through product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain communication with customers and realtors through the loan cycle
- Analyze the customer's income, assets, investments and debt
- Advise customers on financial products to meet their needs
- Facilitate the entire loan process from the loan application to loan the closing
Requirements:
- Sales experience with a strong track record preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- College degree preferred but not required
- Motivated and energetic
- Entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive
- Complete a four week classroom/ floor training upon hire
